Draping is required for all massage and there is always someone present elsewhere in the vicinity for the protection of the client and therapist.
Swedish massage or “relaxation massage”
This uniquely relaxing therapeutic massage is flexible enough to accommodate your individual needs. This massage combines a number of techniques designed to sooth and recharge you. Relaxation never felt so invigorating.

Couples Massage
Great for couples, friends, mothers and daughters or any combination! Enjoy a relaxing Swedish massage, in the same room, side by side with someone you care about. Prices are for 2 people.

1 hour and 30 minutes............................$140
Therapeutic massage
This massage is a light oil massage, much deeper than a normal Swedish massage and incorporates stretching and deeper therapeutic strokes and maneuvers, to loosen joints and stretch muscles. This massage is detailed and is recommended for clients with MS, arthritis, joint discomfort, or any other disorders or ailments that cannot be relieved with the more superficial Swedish Relaxation Massage.

Body treatments

Chair Massage
$1 per minute. We also do parties for any occasion such as birthday parties, “girl’s night in” events, church functions and wedding party specials. See the "Massage Parties" page for more details.
Pregnancy massage
Pregnancy massage, or pre-natal massage, is specifically designed for expectant mothers. At hand and stone, the expectant mother's body is supported during the massage, using pillows, bolsters, or other types of padding. We do not use donut-shaped pregnancy pillows during the massage because they may cause undue stress on the fetus.
Benefits of pregnancy massage include the following:
Relieves muscle spasms, cramps associated with the stress of extra weight bearing, and physical changes that occur during pregnancy
Reduces stress and teaches the mother to relax, which is one of the keys to an easier labor and delivery
Enhances gestation process through increasing blood and lymph circulation, reducing edema, and increasing cellular respiration
Please note: it is strongly recommended that pregnant clients in their 1st trimester seek the advise of their physician before receiving pregnancy massage.
